I was born and raised in Lam Dong province - where green artichoke tea is considered a specialty. I don't know how to describe it properly, but every time I hear the name "Artichoke Tea", I feel so nostalgic and emotional.
Artichoke Tea, I remember clearly when I was a child, every time my mother made tea, everyone in the house was very excited and delighted. I also can not forget the first time I touched the cup of tea, the aroma was so gentle and pleasant, along with the sweet taste. And probably from that moment, I began to love that wonderful gentle taste.
I don't get to drink the original taste of artichoke tea, but instead I usually drink artichoke tea through tea bags. The tea bags are simple, but the taste for me is beyond expectation.
I am currently living and working in Japan. However, every time I visit home, I buy Artichoke tea, both as a gift for everyone in the company and so that I can drink it at night and remember the taste of my homeland. When I gave gifts to my colleagues here, I did not expect that after drinking it, everyone would be so excited and ask me if I could show them where to buy it next time they come to Vietnam for work? At that time, I felt very happy and proud of the taste of Vietnamese tea - a gentle, pure flavor that not only makes people in the country but also foreign friends love it.
For me, Artichoke tea not only has many health benefits, but every time I drink it, the feeling of childhood always comes back to me. I love that taste, that feeling and I don't understand why that feeling can help me feel peaceful, relaxed and want to try harder in this life.
So grateful for Artichoke tea in my life.
