Previously, at around 5:30 p.m. on April 13, the working group of Team 3 led by Major To Hoai Thanh was on duty at the Phap Van Toll Station, Km188+300, Phap Van - Cao Bo - Mai Son - National Highway 45, when a car suddenly stopped at the checkpoint.

The car driver then informed the traffic police that there was a small child named CV (born in 2022) in the car who was sick and vomited blood on the way, in a life-threatening condition that needed immediate emergency care.
Immediately after reporting to the Unit Commander, the task force used a patrol car to urgently take the child and his family to the National Children's Hospital.
After only about 20 minutes, the baby was taken to the emergency room, thanks to which he was able to overcome the critical condition and his life was saved.
Emotionally thanking the traffic police officers, Mr. Ng. (the child's father) said that the child was only 3 years old, so the whole family was very worried when he encountered such a medical situation. Without the timely help of the traffic police officers, his child could have been in critical condition. The actions of the officers have contributed to beautifying the image of the People's Public Security officers.
