Leaders of Can Giuoc district offer incense to commemorate heroic martyrs

On the morning of April 6, the People's Committee of Can Giuoc district, Long An province organized the relocation of 10 martyrs' remains at the Phuoc Vinh Tay New Urban Area project to the district's martyrs' cemetery for burial.

Chairman of Can Giuoc District People's Committee - Nguyen Anh Duc; Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Giuoc District - Vo Quoc Thanh; Head of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of District Party Committee - Dao Thi Ngoc Vui; representatives of departments, branches, unions of the district and relatives of martyrs attended.

Relocating the remains of martyrs at the Phuoc Vinh Tay New Urban Area project to be buried at the Martyrs Cemetery of Can Giuoc district.

In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, the leaders of Can Giuoc district and delegates observed a minute of silence and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs . At the same time, they expressed their infinite gratitude for the sacrifices of the martyrs, the outstanding sons of the Vietnamese people who devoted their youth to fighting and sacrificing for the cause of national liberation.

This is an act of gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs.

The district leaders thanked the families for preserving the martyrs' graves over the past time. At the same time, they acknowledged the contributions of relatives in agreeing and implementing the policies of the Party and State, creating conditions to move the martyrs' remains to the district's martyrs' cemetery, and handing over land to investors to implement the Phuoc Vinh Tay New Urban Area project./.
