The Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requested units to ensure security, safety and improve service quality. Strictly comply with regulations on security and safety, proactively develop plans, specific measures to ensure absolute security and safety for tourists at the unit, especially for tourism products that pose a risk to the life and health of tourists.
Absolutely do not use unregistered, uninspected, unsafe vehicles to serve tourists. Enhance the responsibility of business units in selecting vehicles and service personnel; do not allow solicitation, price gouging, or unreasonable price increases; strictly comply with regulations on registration, price posting, and selling at the correct listed price.
Strengthen environmental sanitation, especially focusing on ensuring food safety and hygiene at food service locations. Fully arrange warning signs, rescue systems, fire prevention and fighting in necessary areas. Timely detect, prevent and handle subjects with behaviors of stalking, soliciting, causing trouble for tourists, ensuring a healthy tourism environment. Arrange enough staff to guide and support tourists, promptly handle arising situations, feedback from tourists, ensuring satisfaction for tourists.
Promote activities to promote and develop unique tourism products; in which, promote communication activities, promote destinations and tourism products on mass media, digital platforms and at destinations. Encourage units to organize events and tourism programs themed on the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 in conjunction with gratitude tours, journeys to the source, promoting historical - cultural values, revolutionary traditions, to spread patriotism and national pride; at the same time, proactively build attractive, safe tourism products rich in local identity.
Encourage training and development of tourism service skills for staff and workers; raise awareness, service attitude and responsibility during peak holiday seasons, ensuring a positive, friendly and safe experience for tourists.
