After the days of competing for the national teams, major club volleyball tournaments around the world will take place in the last 4 months of the year. From September 22 to 29, the 2024 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship will take place in Nakhon Ratchasima (Thailand) with the participation of 12 teams. As the defending champion of Vietnam, Ninh Binh Club will represent Vietnamese women's volleyball in this tournament.

After the resounding success of Sport Center 1 last season with the championship, Vietnamese women's volleyball fans are hoping that the Ninh Binh team can also compete for the title this year.

With a deep squad, gathering many notable national players such as Nguyen Thi Trinh, Le Thanh Thuy, Dinh Thi Thuy and Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen, Ninh Binh Club is expected to have a few more additions to aim for the tournament in Thailand.

This year, the first and second place teams of the Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship will qualify for the World Club Championship in December. Last year, the Vietnamese national team, under the name Sport Center 1, won the Asian Club Championship to participate in the World Club Championship for the first time.
