According to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the Coastal Road Project from National Highway 1 (Ong Cop Temple) to the Navy Submarine Nursing Center includes 3 projects. Of which, the Coastal Road Project, the section connecting Song Cau Town - Tuy An District, is 3.6km long, with a total estimated investment of 1,135 billion VND; construction is expected to start at the end of 2025.

The coastal road project, the section north of An Hai bridge, with a length of 7.4km; total investment of 659 billion VND is under construction; disbursement value reached 235.5 billion VND. The coastal road project, the section connecting Tuy An district - Tuy Hoa city, with a length of 14.6km; total investment of 2,228 billion VND is organizing construction bidding, preparing to start construction.

Nguyen Huu Tho Road Project, from National Highway 1 to the west of the Provincial General Hospital, is 3.21km long. Of which, Project 1 "The access road connecting the North-South Expressway with Nguyen Huu Tho Road, Tuy Hoa City, is 2.37km long; the implementation cost is about 1,025 billion VND; expected to start construction at the end of 2025.

Project 2 “Nguyen Huu Tho Street, the section west of the Provincial General Hospital to Nguyen Trai Street and the section from Le Thanh Phuong Street extended to Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, route length 0.84km; implementation cost is about 1,184 billion VND; expected to start construction in October 2025.

According to the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board, up to now, the unit has carried out the procedures for preparing and submitting the investment proposal report to the Provincial People's Committee and relevant units for taking the steps to obtain opinions on the project appraisal. However, the implementation process still has some shortcomings and problems that cause delays and do not ensure the registered progress.

At the meeting, comrade Le Tan Ho assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the Economic Zone Management Board and related units and localities to review and arrange priority capital to speed up the implementation progress of the projects: Nguyen Huu Tho Street (from National Highway 1 to the west of the Provincial General Hospital; Tran Phu Street extension and technical infrastructure (phase 1); Infrastructure framework of the North Tran Phu - Nguyen Huu Tho Urban Area, Tuy Hoa City and Infrastructure project of Hoa Tam resettlement area.

Relevant units are requested to strengthen coordination, promptly prepare procedures for project implementation; develop specific progress and roadmap; plan compensation and site clearance... to speed up the commencement of some projects as planned.
