Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command offers incense and flowers to honor President Ho Chi Minh

On the eve of the Emulation Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Armed Forces for the period 2019-2024, on the afternoon of July 18, the delegation of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Head of the Provincial Military Command and typical advanced delegates offered flowers and incense to report their achievements to Uncle Ho at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area (Thanh Hoa City).

Attending the incense offering ceremony were Colonel Le Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Vu Van Tung, Standing Member of the Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee, heads of departments, agencies of the Provincial Military Command; commanders of units and typical advanced individuals awarded by the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Military Command at the Congress.

Imbued with the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh: "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation", in recent years, the emulation movement to win of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Armed Forces has directly contributed to building agencies and units strong in politics , ideology, organization and staff; building a team of cadres and soldiers with steadfast political will, high determination, ready to receive and excellently complete assigned tasks.

Over the past 5 years, the provincial armed forces have had more than 9,000 collectives and individuals awarded at all levels for their achievements in the Emulation Movement for Victory of the Military Region 4.

In 2020, the provincial military was awarded the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal by the President. In 2021, the Prime Minister awarded the Emulation Flag. In 2022 and 2023, the Ministry of National Defense awarded the Emulation Flag.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, with affection, pride and infinite gratitude to the Party and beloved Uncle Ho, the officers and soldiers of Thanh Hoa Armed Forces vow to forever remember and engrave in their hearts Uncle Ho's teachings, determined to unite as one, overcome all difficulties, excellently complete all assigned tasks, and contribute to building Thanh Hoa province into a model province as Uncle Ho always wished during his lifetime.
