Proposing the Provincial People's Council to soon have a Resolution to implement Decree No. 33/2023/ND-CP dated June 10, 2023 of the Government regulating commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level, in villages and residential groups; Proposing the Provincial People's Committee to consider limiting and not expanding the Tay Bac Ga Industrial Park.

Ham Rong ward voters requested the People's Council delegates to give their opinions to provincial agencies to direct inspection and have a plan to effectively manage and use the land area of ​​more than 20,000 ^m2 next to the Ham Rong Power Plant Historical Site.

Voters of Nam Ngan ward raised the issue of the Dong Son drainage project and the Hac River New Urban Area project being two suspended projects, which have affected households in the project area, with no renovation or repair, and houses being degraded.
