At the invitation of the organizers, today, November 27, the band Buc Tuong and singer Pham Anh Khoa left for India to perform at the ASEAN - India Music Festival 2024.
The event will bring together 10 bands representing 10 ASEAN countries and 5 bands from India. The bands and artists will perform over 3 nights, from November 29 to December 1 at Purana Qila, New Delhi, India.
Musician and guitarist Tran Tuan Hung - leader of Buc Tuong - said that Buc Tuong has participated in music festivals abroad, but this is the first time Buc Tuong has performed with artists representing 10 ASEAN countries and bands from India.
"This is a great opportunity for the band to introduce its identity, works and Vietnamese culture.
Hopefully with careful and elaborate preparation, Buc Tuong will bring fiery and impressive performances to audiences in other countries," Tuan Hung shared.
Previously, in May, the band Buc Tuong and Pham Anh Khoa also brought their music to Japanese audiences, within the framework of the Vietnam Festival in Japan.
After a period of "unstable" due to Tran Lap's death, in recent years, this band, the "oldest" in Vietnam, has been very active from live shows to MVs, albums...
In October, Buc Tuong delighted fans with the concert Buc Tuong Unplugged - May Rain at Ho Guom Theater to celebrate the band's 29th anniversary.
Soon after, the band attended the Brigdefest 2024 Music Festival held at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square ( Hanoi ), a music event that attracted more than 15,000 attendees.

Tuan Hung said that after finishing the performance in India, the band Buc Tuong will attend Ho Zo Festival in Ho Chi Minh City (December 15), performing on Countdown VTV 2025.
In particular, the band is planning a series of activities towards the band's 30th anniversary in 2025.
In this series of activities, Pham Anh Khoa is the singer who will accompany the band Buc Tuong.
After more than 29 years of operation and dedication, with 7 studio albums and hundreds of shows at home and abroad, Buc Tuong has conquered Vietnamese rock audiences of many generations with intimate, profound rock music that always promotes positive energy.
