Brother of a leader of Hoang Anh Gia Lai wants to sell all shares

* HAG: Mr. Tran Van An, brother of Mr. Tran Van Dai, member of the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (stock code: HAG) registered to sell all 147,900 HAG shares from November 28 to December 27 by order matching on the stock exchange. The purpose is to handle personal finances.

* MSR: On November 25, Mr. Craig Richard Bradshaw submitted his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors and General Director of Masan High-Tech Materials Joint Stock Company (stock code: MSR) before the end of his term. The resignation is effective from January 1, 2025.
