The house has an area of over 34m2 , solidly built with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, tiled floor. The construction cost is 80 million VND, of which Agribank Thang Binh Branch supports 60 million VND.
Previously, on August 8, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thang Dien commune coordinated with Agribank Thang Binh Branch to hand over a gratitude house to Mrs. Truong Thi Lam's household (Tu Cam village).

The house is worth over 85 million VND, of which Agribank Thang Binh Branch supported 60 million VND. Union members and local organizations helped Ms. Lam with working days to build the house.
Responding to the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025, Agribank Quang Nam Branch launched a campaign for officers and employees to voluntarily contribute a day's salary to support the elimination of 100 temporary and dilapidated houses.
Up to now, Agribank Thang Binh Branch alone has mobilized 300 million VND to build 5 new houses for people in the communes of Thang An, Thang Dien, Thang Phu, Thang Truong, and Dong Duong.
