3 workers injured and killed by electric shock in Ha Tinh city

According to initial information, a group of workers were drilling for geological exploration under a 22KV high voltage power line in Ha Tinh City, violating the safety distance and were electrocuted.

The leader of the People's Committee of Thach Trung commune (Ha Tinh city) confirmed that an electrical accident had just occurred in the area, killing 1 person and injuring 2 others.

Accordingly, at around 3:00 p.m. on June 20, in Lien Phu village (Thach Trung commune, Ha Tinh city), there was a loud explosion and a fire.

Local people reported the incident to the authorities and coordinated rescue and firefighting efforts. At the scene, people discovered three workers electrocuted and lying motionless in the middle of the field.

The victims were then transferred to an ambulance for emergency treatment, but one person died and the other two suffered from electrical burns. The deceased victim was identified as Mr. NTS (born in 1977, residing in Nghe An ).
