Of the 126,297 exams that were graded, 142 candidates scored over 1,000 points. The candidate with the highest score in the exam was 1,060 points and the candidate with the lowest score was 40 points, the average score of the candidates was 618.4 points.

Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh, Director of the Center for Testing and Training Quality Assessment of VNU-HCM, commented: "The distribution of exam scores for the first round of 2025 is close to the standard distribution; the wide range of scores shows the high ability to classify candidates, which is favorable for the admission process."

This year, VNU-HCM will not send a paper copy of the VNU-HCM High School Graduation Exam results certificate (Certificate) to candidates as in previous years. Instead, candidates will be issued an electronic certificate to create more favorable conditions for candidates and admission units, while improving the efficiency of management work according to the digital transformation trend.

The results of the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam, Round 1, will be announced on the website https://thinangluc.vnuhcm.edu.vn/dgnl/ on April 16. From April 21, candidates can proactively access the VNU-HCM National High School Graduation Exam Portal at: http://thinangluc.vnuhcm.edu.vn to look up and download electronic certificates.

Candidates who want to participate in the second round of the National High School Examination can register from April 17 to May 7. The second round of the National High School Examination in 2025 will be held on Sunday, June 1 in 11 localities: Hue, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tien Giang, An Giang.

To date, 106 universities nationwide have registered to use the results of the National High School Graduation Exam organized by VNU-HCM for admission.
