Ms. Hanh confided that it was heartbreaking to see the storm and flood sweep away everything, even burying an entire village. She herself has relatives who are struggling with the flood, so she understands what food people need.
According to Ms. Hanh, fresh porridge is both nutritious and suitable for people in flood-affected areas. If there is no clean water, people can still use flood water to heat the porridge or can eat it right after opening the bag.
"Fortunately, the company has a 50% discount program for philanthropists and charity groups helping the North. Thanks to that, I can buy more fresh porridge," said Ms. Hanh.
