Thanh Hoa "blooms with quintessence" in the 2025 Culinary Culture Festival

According to the plan of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa, the festival is expected to take place for 4 days in the center of Hac Thanh ward, with a scale of up to 200 booths arranged in a modern covered roof space, carpets, lighting systems and unique check-in areas.

This will be a place to gather delicious dishes, typical specialties of localities in the province, along with regional flavors from many provinces and cities across the country.

100 booths supported by the province will be managed by departments, branches, local People's Committees, tourism associations and tourism training schools; the other 100 booths will be socialized, gathering tourism service businesses, restaurants, hotels, and OCOP product manufacturing establishments.

Visitors will enjoy a full range of dishes that reflect the soul of Thanh Hoa - from fermented pork rolls, Tu Tru sticky rice cakes, Ha Yen shrimp paste... to Muong and Thai ethnic cuisine, along with many new and creative dishes that still retain their identity.

Not only stopping at displaying and selling, the Festival also opens up the cultural space of Thanh ethnic groups, recreating community activities, performing traditional crafts, and introducing handicrafts and specialties associated with folk life. This will be a highlight for visitors to not only enjoy delicious food, but also "taste" the soul of local culture.

The event also organizes competitions to judge booths, dishes, drinks, beautiful decorations, attractive menus, etc., along with delicious food demonstrations on a big stage on Monday and Tuesday nights.

The interspersed art program will bring folk melodies, typical dances, mixed with the aroma rising from the red-hot kitchens.

Promotional work is well prepared, from hanging billboards and posters on main roads, installing check-in photo models, to communicating on newspapers, television and social networks.

Messages such as “Thanh Hoa Tourism – Complete Experience”, “Thanh Hoa – Safe, Friendly, Attractive Destination” will accompany the entire festival season.

The Thanh Culture and Cuisine Festival 2025 is not only a tourism promotion event, but also an opportunity for organizations, individuals, and businesses to exchange, learn, improve service quality, create new tourism products, and stimulate market demand.

From rustic food stalls to modern exhibition areas, all will contribute to creating a brilliant picture, where flavors and cultures intertwine, holding people back and calling people to come.
