Two videos of female students in Lang Son fighting are causing a stir.

The incident was posted on social media around the afternoon of July 5, including two one-minute videos recording the scene of female students beating a female student. The two young women repeatedly slapped her in the face and kicked her in the private parts. Afterwards, the victim was forced to kneel and apologize. In addition to the two female students who participated in the beating, many other students gathered around to cheer on the violence and used their cell phones to record and post it on social media.

Upon receiving the report, the police of Luong Van Tri ward, Lang Son province, began investigating. The above mentioned fight and scuffle occurred in the area of ​​Deo Van Vi street, Luong Van Tri ward. The police identified the two female students who beat their friend as NHT, born in 2008, and HTML, born in 2007; both residing in Luong Van Tri ward, who used their hands and feet to attack NPL, born in 2009. The cause was words on social networks, leading to the students making an appointment to meet in a deserted area to resolve the conflict. Local authorities have called, investigated, and handled those involved.

Lang Son police warned that the people involved in the fight were all minors, influenced by many factors (social networks, violent movies, etc.), and had thoughtless behaviors, leading to unfortunate incidents. They suggested that schools and parents should do a good job of educating children as well as promptly reporting information so that the police can proactively handle the situation, avoiding unfortunate incidents from happening.
