On the morning of April 24, Viettel Lao Cai held a ceremony to award customers in the program "Upgrade to 4G, Upgrade". The "Upgrade to 4G, Upgrade" lucky draw program was widely deployed by Viettel nationwide for customers who have moved from 2G to 4G when changing devices (phones) or are using 2G, 3G waves and switching to Viettel's 4G wave.
