Previously, the Department of Finance sent an official dispatch to the Provincial People's Committee regarding fire prevention and fighting work at Dien Nam Trung market, part of the Dien Nam Trung Market Quarter project (Dien Nam Trung ward, Dien Ban town).

According to report No. 226 of Dien Ban Town People's Committee, regarding the above mentioned fire protection system, Dien Nam Trung Ward People's Committee and Dien Nam Trung Market Management Board did not sign the handover from Nguyen Thinh Phat Company Limited, because this fire protection system was not guaranteed.

Based on the local feedback, based on the plan of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Directive No. 01 of the Prime Minister on strengthening fire prevention and fighting in the new situation and to proactively respond when fires and incidents occur, the Department of Finance has requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to direct the handling of problems in fire prevention and fighting at Dien Nam Trung market to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee requested that the handling of problems must be reported by the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to the Department of Finance and the Provincial People's Committee for monitoring and direction.
