Fully disseminate administrative reform contents at agencies, units and localities under their management; select appropriate content and forms of propaganda to ensure effectiveness; pay attention to disseminating new models, good, creative and effective practices in administrative reform for replication, ensuring the most favorable conditions for people and businesses.

Administrative reform must contribute to the successful implementation of the 2025 working theme of Quang Nam province directed by the Provincial Party Committee, which is "Dramatically implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the organization and apparatus; promoting economic growth and digital transformation; combating waste; successfully organizing party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term" and completing the target of double-digit economic growth in 2025.

Results and effectiveness of the implementation of the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanisms in handling administrative procedures; the situation of handling administrative procedures in the electronic environment; receiving dossiers and returning results of handling administrative procedures via public postal services; the situation of building and upgrading the Information System for handling administrative procedures; the effectiveness of operating the Public Service Portal in handling online public services, online payments, etc.
