Tuan Tran and Phuong Anh Dao reunite to compete in Tran Thanh's 2026 Tet movie

The film's outstanding cast of artists includes many notable names participating in the opening ceremony such as Tuan Tran, Phuong Anh Dao, Ma Ran Do, Vo Tan Phat, along with veteran faces: artist Trung Dan, People's Artist Kim Xuan, Quach Ngoc Ngoan, La Thanh... The film is directed by director Le Thanh Son.

Tuan Tran shared that this is a “special opportunity” to return to the Tet film season, while Vo Tan Phat and Ma Ran Do reunite after the successful project in 2025. Vo Tan Phat expressed his impression of the script, which is both humorous, gentle and dramatic, and said that the cast includes all familiar and beloved faces.

Quach Ngoc Ngoan, who is trying his hand at a Tet film for the first time, takes on the role of Mr. Thien - a humorous but difficult character to portray. He said he has gone through many workshops to prepare thoroughly and hopes to bring the audience something interesting.

Phuong Anh Dao returns to the Tet film after two years, and reunites with Tuan Tran. Both keep character information confidential but affirm that the script is worth the wait. Director Le Thanh Son describes this as the “most meaningful film” of his career, aimed at the general audience with a message about family love, tolerance and reunion.

The project brings together a star-studded cast: Tuan Tran, Phuong Anh Dao, Trung Dan, People's Artist Kim Xuan, Quach Ngoc Ngoan, Ma Ran Do, Vo Tan Phat, Khuong Le, Ta Lam, La Thanh, Khuyen Duong (Chi Phien), Thu Dan, Mi Goi...

"Heaven's Treasure" aims to harmonize the refreshing laughter typical of the Tet season with the depth of content that reaches many generations of audiences.

The film is produced by Bluebells Studios, distributed by CGV, and is expected to premiere on the first day of Tet 2026. Thus, "Heaven's Treasure" is the second Tet film announced after Tran Thanh's project "Rabbit!!".

Interestingly, in the 2024 Tet film season, Phuong Anh Dao and Tuan Tran were the male and female leads in Tran Thanh's film "Mai", which earned over 500 billion VND. This time, the couple is the male director's opponent in the 2026 Tet film race.
