After officially going into operation, for bidding packages conducted online, when transacting with the State Treasury, budget-using units do not need to send paper contracts or framework agreements; the State Treasury will automatically look up contract information and framework agreements based on the electronic contract number or framework agreement number that has been connected from the e-GP system.

Preparations for implementation have been proactively coordinated by the State Treasury with the Bidding Management Department, including completing the integration of electronic contract data, framework agreements, and payment records from the e-GP system to the State Treasury Online Public Service system.

According to the plan, the upgrading of the State Treasury Online Public Service system will take place from April 29 to May 4. When put into operation from May 5, budget spending units will be able to create new payment records directly on the e-GP System, instead of having to log in separately to the Online Public Service system as before. This helps shorten the process, reduce time and costs, and increase synchronization in the management of state budget capital payments.

This integration is an important step in the digital transformation process, improving the quality of customer service of the State Treasury system, contributing to the effective connection and sharing of electronic contract data with the national bidding network, promoting modernization, administrative reform and aiming to further improve the quality of service of the State Treasury.
