From February 25, 7 circulars in the field of public investment will be abolished.

Accordingly, Circular No. 02/2024/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance has abolished circulars on public investment including:

Circular No. 88/2018/TT-BTC dated September 28, 2018, stipulating a number of contents on financial management of investment projects in the form of public-private partnerships and costs of selecting investors.

Circular No. 08/2016/TT-BTC dated January 18, 2016 regulating the management and payment of investment capital using state budget capital.

Circular No. 108/2016/TT-BTC dated June 30, 2016 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 08/2016/TT-BTC dated January 18, 2016 of the Minister of Finance regulating the management and payment of investment capital using state budget capital.

Circular No. 52/2018/TT-BTC dated May 24, 2018 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 08/2016/TT-BTC dated January 18, 2016 of the Minister of Finance regulating the management and payment of investment capital using state budget sources; Circular No. 108/2016/TT-BTC dated June 30, 2016 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 08/2016/TT-BTC dated January 18, 2016 of the Minister of Finance.

Circular No. 107/2018/TT-BTC dated November 15, 2018 regulating the management, payment and settlement of investment capital for construction investment projects using public investment capital of Vietnamese representative agencies abroad and other Vietnamese agencies abroad.

Circular No. 12/2017/TT-BTC dated February 10, 2017 of the Minister of Finance guiding the procedures for supporting capital investment in equipment for projects implementing the application of environmental protection inventions.

Circular No. 180/2014/TT-BTC dated January 27, 2014 regulating the management, payment and settlement of advanced capital of Vietnam Electricity Group to implement the Ninh Thuan nuclear power plant resettlement project.

Circular No. 02/2024/TT-BTC takes effect from February 25, 2024.
