After more than 20 years of working in many different positions such as: Head of the Neighborhood Protection Team, Deputy Head of the Front Work Committee, Deputy Head of the Neighborhood and in 2023 was elected to hold the position of Head of Tan Binh Neighborhood. Up to now, in any position, Mr. Tri has always been dedicated, wholeheartedly, and excellently completed his tasks.

With the motto of “taking people as the root”, Mr. Tri always sets an example in all movements and activities and receives high trust from the people. Every year, he actively coordinates with functional departments and agencies to mobilize all kinds of funds, always achieving and exceeding the neighborhood's targets; mobilizing benefactors to contribute hundreds of millions of VND to install security surveillance cameras, trash bins and repair and upgrade the neighborhood's cultural house to be more spacious.

Besides, Mr. Tri also cares deeply about the lives of local people; regularly visits, encourages and helps people in difficult circumstances and those who are lonely.

With his simplicity, closeness and closeness to the lives of the people, Mr. Tri always promptly and thoroughly resolved the suggestions, difficulties and problems of the people in the neighborhood within his capacity. Ms. Hoang Thi Hoa (Group 6, Tan Binh neighborhood) shared: “My family is in a very difficult situation. Mr. Tri has mobilized benefactors to help my family. He also regularly visits, gives gifts and encourages my family to overcome difficulties to have a better life.”
