Request the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with the General Directors of Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam News Agency based on their functions, tasks, authority and legal regulations to urgently research and report to the Prime Minister on a plan to maintain and promote concerts with innovative content, encourage the creativity of artists, program makers, apply modern performance technology and research the name "Vietnam Spirit Festival", select suitable regions, provinces and cities to organize concerts at appropriate times, create positive effects and energy for the whole nation, not allowing the situation of taking advantage of organizations that do not ensure quality, violate regulations, violate traditional customs, negatively affect the cultural environment and cultural and spiritual life of the people.
