Van Lang University has just received two important awards at the HR Asia Awards 2025. The award “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” and the award “Sustainable Workplace Awards 2025”.

HR Asia Awards is a prestigious regional award organized annually by HR Asia Magazine, a unit of Business Media International (BMI), to honor businesses with the best working environment in Asia.
The awards recognise organisations with outstanding HR strategies, positive work cultures and high levels of internal engagement, and attract entries from Southeast Asian Fortune 500 corporations, multinational enterprises and government organisations.
Award results are comprehensively evaluated through a proprietary internal survey (TEAM Assessment), regional benchmarking and an international panel of experts.
HR Asia Awards are currently held in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan (China) and Vietnam... becoming a prestigious milestone to help organizations affirm their leading employer brand in the region.
In 2025, the HR Asia Award in Vietnam received 655 nominations from organizations and businesses. After a process of surveying, interviewing, and evaluating data, HR Asia magazine officially honored 119 businesses and organizations with the best working environment in Asia.
Van Lang University was also honored with the Sustainable Workplace Award. This category honors organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, practice sustainable strategies, and lead an internal culture toward sustainable development; promote environmental innovation, spread the ESG spirit, and create positive impacts on the community and society.

The HR Asia Awards 2025 evaluated 4 categories of human resource management with the highest scores of Van Lang University: open communication culture (4/4), flexibility (3.9/4), recognition and gratitude culture (4/4), and welfare (4/4).
