The headquarters of the Military Radio and Television Center Representative Office in the Central Highlands has an area of ^{​​375.4m2,} designed to have 7 floors with ^1,460m2 of floor space, designed by the Ministry of National Defense Design Institute and constructed by the Xuan Van - VINACAT joint venture. The expected completion date is on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 2025).

The headquarters of the Military Radio and Television Center in the Central Highlands is not only equipped with equipment to serve the production and storage of the Center's documents, ensuring working and living conditions for cadres, editors and reporters, but is also a cultural architectural highlight in the area. Thereby contributing to the propaganda of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; economic, cultural, social, national defense and security development activities of local Party committees, authorities and armed forces in the Central Highlands.

In his speech, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung emphasized: The Central Highlands in general and Gia Lai in particular are not only famous for their unique cultural values ​​but also a land with a heroic revolutionary tradition; a region with a particularly important strategic position in terms of economy, politics, culture, society, national defense and security.

Therefore, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army have directed the Army press agencies to set up representative offices in Gia Lai, including the Representative Board of the Army Radio and Television Center in the Central Highlands to promote information and propaganda work on military, defense, economic, political, cultural, and social tasks of the Central Highlands region.

On behalf of the leaders of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung thanked the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and departments and branches of Gia Lai province for their attention and support in all conditions, land allocation and help in completing procedures to implement the project; at the same time, he requested the leaders of Gia Lai province and departments, branches and military units stationed in the area to continue to pay attention and create conditions for the completion of the project and the operational activities of the military press agencies.
