Specifically, Transerco has coordinated with KASH Vietnam Investment and Training Joint Stock Company to organize a training course on "Human resource management skills" for the Board of Directors, Heads of Human Resources Departments of the Corporation's affiliated units, Heads and Deputy Heads of Professional Departments, and Public Passenger Transport Operation Centers of the Corporation.

Speaking at the opening of the course, Mr. Bui Hong Son, Deputy General Director of Transerco emphasized that human resource management is not only the task of the human resource staff but also the management staff at all levels of the Corporation must grasp it in order to have direction and operate the apparatus effectively, smoothly, assign the right people to the right jobs, and promote the strengths of the workforce.

Mr. Bui Hong Son also requested that the participants actively study to absorb the knowledge imparted by the lecturers as well as proactively contribute ideas and share their own work experiences so that the course can truly achieve the expected results.

Mr. Pham Van Chinh, lecturer from KASH, shared that the students attending the class were introduced to the contents of human resource management such as: the role of managers in human resource management; monitoring and evaluating work performance; skills in assigning and delegating tasks; motivating employees; corporate culture, etc.

Mr. Vu Huu Tuyen, Head of Transerco's Human Resources Department, said that the course helped each student systematize their knowledge of human resource management, and at the same time, it was an opportunity for each student to self-reflect, self-correct, and re-evaluate themselves to continue to do better in their current positions and jobs. This is also the desire and expectation of the Corporation's Executive Management Board for the management team as well as the staff working in human resources to contribute to better implementing and performing tasks in the coming time.

At the end of the course, the class organizers, KASH leaders and lecturers presented certificates to the participants.
