At around 6:30 p.m. on April 25, Ms. NTH, born in 1984 in An Liet 3 village, Thanh Hai commune (Thanh Ha), was riding motorbike 34B4-794.07 on provincial road 390 in the direction of bridge 789 to Thanh Ha district.

When reaching km17+200, the section passing through Quyet Thang commune collided with Mr. NVC (born in 1960, in Duong Xuan village, Quyet Thang commune) who was standing near the right edge of the road in the same direction.

The collision injured both Mr. C. and Ms. H. and they were taken to Hoa Binh General Hospital for emergency treatment.
