Since the afternoon of April 30, the roads leading to Cua Lo have been packed with vehicles, people and vehicles pouring into the coastal city of Cua Lo; in particular, the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard route has seen a sudden increase in traffic, with lines of vehicles lining up along the entire route.

The weather is hot but not too harsh, creating ideal conditions for people to swim in the sea. The nearly 10km long Cua Lo beach is packed with people, not only Nghe An people, but also many tourists from Hanoi, Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong, Hue...

Many tourists shared that due to the high airfare, they chose Cua Lo as their holiday destination this year because it does not take much time to travel and is also cost-effective. Tourists coming to Cua Lo beach all feel comfortable and satisfied not only because of the beautiful beach but also because of the friendliness of the people, the dedicated service at the accommodation facilities, restaurant staff, and eateries.

Ms. Thai Phuong Chi, from Thai Nguyen province, said: “We are really impressed by the clear blue sea of ​​Cua Lo, the white and gentle sand, and the fresh seafood. Services such as accommodation, food, and electric cars, free showers are all guaranteed in quality, and prices are also publicly listed. Our family really loves this place.”

Coming from Hue, Ms. Phan Thu Trang and her group of friends were very excited to be in Cua Lo on this occasion. “The tourist facilities in Cua Lo are very good. Basically, the hotels and motels are spacious, fully equipped, the staff is enthusiastic and cheerful, making me and my friends feel comfortable and pleasant. I think Cua Lo is a suitable place for family and friends to come and have fun, enjoy the fresh, cool air on holidays and weekends,” Ms. Trang shared.

This year, the weather is not as hot as previous years, but many people go swimming in the sea. On the shore along the west side of Binh Minh Street, restaurants and seafood eateries are also quickly full. Some tourists from within the province choose to ride motorbikes or bring food, spread out tarps, and have parties right on the beach.

Cua Lo currently has more than 300 hotels and motels with more than 11,000 rooms, including 20 hotels of 3 stars or higher. According to some hotel owners, since the opening day of the Cua Lo Tourism Festival on April 19, the number of guests booking rooms has increased every day; room prices range from 500,000 VND to 3 million VND. The booking rate for the holidays of April 30 and May 1 at hotels and accommodation facilities has reached more than 90%, with all 3-star hotels and higher being fully booked.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Ha, owner of Hieu Ngoc Nga Hotel, Cua Lo said: “To ensure service for tourists during the holiday, the hotel has prepared very carefully from the reception, service and food organization for tourists staying. Nearly 100% of the rooms at all three Hieu Ngoc Ha hotels and Hieu Ngoc Ha resort have been booked by guests for the April 30 and May 1 holidays. In addition, on weekends during the summer months, guests have fully booked rooms.”

In preparation for the 2025 Cua Lo tourist season, Vinh City has renovated the urban area, installed free fresh water showers, free parking lots, etc. to attract tourists. The city strives to welcome more than 6.9 million tourists to Cua Lo with revenue from tourism activities reaching 7,000 billion VND.

On holidays, at VinWonders Cua Hoi - the largest entertainment complex in North Central Vietnam, fireworks are also organized, so the number of visitors is increasing.
