Received nearly 26,000 land records after 1 month of operating 2-level local government

Mr. Nguyen Cao Sam - Director of the Provincial Land Registration Office said: After more than 1 month of operating the 2-level local government model, the unit has received 25,820 land records from people, of which, secured transactions have 6,055 records; granting certificates, registering changes, and correcting have 9,677 records; measuring 10,088 records.

Among the localities, Thanh Sen ward is the place where people have the most need to handle land procedures, with 2,015 records. Next is Thach Ha commune with 1,443 records, Cam Xuyen commune with 1,198 records, Ky Anh commune with 1,019 records, Song Tri ward with 995 records, Tien Dien commune with 884 records...

Up to now, the Land Registration Office and its branches in Ha Tinh have processed and returned results for 14,159 files in compliance with legal regulations. The remaining files are still being processed.

Right from the time of operating the 2-level local government model, in order for the work of receiving and handling land records to take place smoothly and effectively, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has directed the Provincial Land Registration Office to proactively coordinate with branches of land registration offices and local People's Committees to arrange personnel, technical infrastructure and standardize implementation procedures.

According to the assessment, the work of receiving and handling land records in the first phase of implementing the 2-level local government model in Ha Tinh took place quite quickly and smoothly, receiving high appreciation from the people.
