The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ninh Binh province has just reported on the situation of wages, bonuses and labor relations in enterprises on the occasion of New Year and Lunar New Year 2025.
According to statistics from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ninh Binh province, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (Gian Khau Industrial Park) has the highest salary paid to employees at 142 million VND/person/month. This enterprise also has the highest Lunar New Year 2025 bonus - 100 million VND/person.

Dong Duong Magnetic Materials Joint Stock Company (Khanh Phu Industrial Park) has the lowest Lunar New Year 2025 bonus of 300,000 VND/person.
Regarding the 2025 New Year bonus, Phuc Loc Industrial Park Investment and Development Corporation has the highest New Year bonus, at 2 million VND. Adora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd., Aurora Vietnam Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. and Phoenix Garment Co., Ltd. (Tam Diep Industrial Park) have the lowest New Year bonus: 50,000 VND.
According to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ninh Binh province, since the beginning of 2024, businesses in the area have proactively developed plans and fully paid agreed and committed wages in labor contracts; the average salary in all types of businesses has increased compared to 2023, and the situation of unpaid wages to employees has not lasted long.
