'Vietnamese Children - Creative Learning': Comprehensive skill training for the young generation

On August 9, at Thong Nhat Park ( Hanoi ), the Central Council of Young Pioneers, the Center for Support and Development of Vietnamese Children and related units organized the "Vietnamese Children - Creative Learning" Festival.

Targeting children aged 6-10 (primary school), the festival is an activity contributing to the implementation of the Education Development Strategy to 2030, vision to 2045 and the Program "Building a model of Learning Citizens for the period 2021-2030" of the Prime Minister.

This is not only a meaningful activity for children, but also a space to nurture intelligence, inspire creativity, spread a positive learning spirit and practice comprehensive skills for the young generation.

The contents within the framework of the Festival series have been deployed since February 2025, aiming to help children access knowledge in a close way, comprehensively develop skills, moral qualities and properly exercise their rights and duties according to the Law on Children.

Vice President of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, Director of the Center for Support and Development of Vietnamese Children, Le Anh Quan, said that the highlight of the Festival is the life skills communication product set with propaganda videos on drowning prevention, escape when trapped in a car, first aid for injuries, communication skills, teamwork, personal health protection, confidence in front of a crowd, etc.

These products have been widely spread on social networks as well as in team meetings, union meetings and extracurricular activities at 150 schools across the country.

The Organizing Committee of today's Festival awarded 80 scholarships, each worth one million VND, to outstanding children across the country who overcame difficulties to study well, had excellent achievements in studying, training and participating in the work of the Youth Union.
