According to the Provincial Association of Women Intellectuals, the bridge was started on April 15. After 2 weeks of construction, the bridge was completed and put into use before the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). The bridge is 22m long, 3.5m wide and has a load capacity of over 5 tons with a total cost of over 230 million VND, serving the regular travel needs of over 250 people in Thuan Truong hamlet.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the bridge, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan, President of the Provincial Association of Women Intellectuals, hoped that the locality and people would use it effectively, regularly maintain and service it to ensure the durability of the project.

Building bridges for people is an activity implemented by the Provincial Women's Intellectual Association since 2022. Since then, the Provincial Women's Intellectual Association and its affiliated branches have mobilized the construction of 5 bridges for people in the districts of Tan Phu, Dinh Quan and Trang Bom.

On this occasion, the Provincial Association of Women Intellectuals mobilized to present 10 bicycles and 10 scholarships to disadvantaged students at Nguyen Van Troi Secondary School, Song Thao Commune (Trang Bom District).
