On June 2, the Party Committee of Tan Lien commune (Vinh Bao district, Hai Phong) held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Party Cell of Well Power Vietnam Company Limited.

Well Power Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise , operating in Tan Lien Industrial Park. The company specializes in manufacturing and processing plastic products, currently creating jobs for 946 workers with an average income of nearly 8 million VND/person/month. The Well Power Co., Ltd. Party cell was established with 9 party members, the cell is directly under the Tan Lien Commune Party Committee.

At the ceremony, the representative of Well Power Company Limited also hoped that the Commune Party Committee would regularly pay attention to leading, directing, and guiding on professional work of Party building and Party member development so that the Party cell would become increasingly stronger.

It is known that since the beginning of 2024, Vinh Bao district has established the first Party cell in a foreign-invested enterprise in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 28 of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on "Building, consolidating and developing Party organizations and unions in non-state enterprises, cooperatives, and non-public service units". In June 2024, the district continued to establish 2 Party cells in FDI enterprises in the area.
