Training on AI usage for officials and civil servants of Vung Tau ward

On the morning of July 27, the People's Committee of Vung Tau Ward (HCMC) coordinated with FPT Poly School Ba Ria - Vung Tau to organize a training conference on applying artificial intelligence (AI) in administrative work for more than 140 officers and civil servants of the ward.

The program aims to provide officials and civil servants with basic knowledge on the application of artificial intelligence (AI), as well as tools to support administrative work to improve the quality of work. This is an important training session demonstrating the spirit of continuous learning efforts of ward officials, especially in the context of strong digital transformation.

At the training session, officers and civil servants of the ward were guided by lecturers and experts in handling a number of situations such as: writing meeting invitations, drafting documents to receive feedback, creating propaganda content, creating weekly plans, looking up birth certificates, making reports summarizing the population situation and many other administrative tasks.

Speaking at the training session, comrade Nguyen Tan Ban, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Vung Tau Ward, emphasized that equipping the staff and civil servants with skills in using AI support tools is extremely necessary to improve the efficiency of serving people and businesses, especially in handling public administrative procedures.

In the context of implementing the policy of restructuring administrative units at ward, commune and provincial levels, the force of cadres and civil servants is increasingly streamlined, while the workload is constantly increasing. Therefore, the application of technology, improving digital capacity and professional skills for the staff is an inevitable requirement, contributing to building a modern, effective administration that puts people at the center of service.
