Instructions on the practice of producing organic microbial fertilizers at households by using effective microbial preparations, molasses and utilizing agricultural and forestry by-products, livestock waste such as green trees, straw, corn, peanuts, bananas, cow and buffalo manure, rice bran... to make organic fertilizer; instructions on how to compost fish protein, compost banana manure...

Through training, farmers participating in the chili growing model in Na Teng hamlet will gain knowledge and processes for producing organic microbial fertilizers to serve sustainable organic agricultural production, contributing to environmental protection, increasing productivity and quality, ensuring clean and safe agricultural products to supply the market, improving farmers' lives, and affirming the value of products from organic crops.
