At the same time, strengthen the direction of clinical inspection, strictly control animal slaughter at slaughterhouses; resolutely handle cases of sick pigs, suspected sick pigs, and pigs that die due to transportation. Organize propaganda and mobilize organizations and individuals involved in business, trading, slaughtering, preliminary processing, and processing to raise awareness and responsibility in complying with and practicing good slaughtering, preliminary processing, and processing procedures to ensure veterinary hygiene and food safety.

Along with that, the City Steering Committee against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods (Steering Committee 389) actively directed functional forces to increase patrols and controls to promptly detect and strictly handle subjects illegally transporting pigs and pig products from abroad into the city.
