On April 28, 2025, the People's Committee of Vinh Long province coordinated with T&T Group to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 2 social housing projects and a 10-storey hotel building at Phuoc Tho 1 & 2 Residential Area Project (Ward 3, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province). This is the first social housing project implemented by T&T Group in the Mekong Delta region, contributing to Vinh Long province's effective implementation of the Government's program on developing social housing for low-income people.

Specifically, 2 social housing projects are built on a land area of ​​nearly ^11,000m2 . Of which, Social Housing Project 1 consists of 3 7-storey buildings with 308 apartments and Social Housing Project 2 is a 7-storey building with 55 apartments. With a modern design, inspired by the dawn on the Co Chien River, using contrasting colors with the surrounding colorful low-rise buildings, T&T Group will bring social housing projects with unique highlights, standing out in a synchronous, modern urban area. After completion and operation, these 363 social houses will contribute to solving the housing problem for low-income people, workers and disadvantaged people in society; thereby improving the quality of life of people, gradually ensuring social security in the locality.

Along with the social housing project, on this occasion, T&T Group also started construction of a 10-storey hotel and 1 basement, with a scale of 200 rooms under the international brand Hilton Garden Inn. Inspired by the natural curves of the rivers of the Southern region, along with the indigenous cultural characteristics, traditional craft villages such as the "Red Kingdom" - the typical Mang Thit brick village with a dome structure, T&T Group has breathed life into the materials and soft, elegant architectural lines of the project. With this project, T&T Group has also cooperated with Hilton - the world's leading hotel group to operate and manage the hotel according to international standards. In the future, Vinh Long province will have a hotel with a unique architectural highlight; both modern and imbued with local cultural identity; at the same time fully meeting the high-class, convenient services for a large number of domestic and international tourists.

Speaking at the event, Comrade Dang Van Chinh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee, said that local leaders have high expectations for these items of the Phuoc Tho 1 & 2 Residential Area project. The project aims to both solve the need for social housing for the subjects according to regulations, as well as effectively implement the social security policies of the Party, State and Government in the province; and promote the economy, trade, services, attract tourism with international-class accommodation and resort spaces, contributing to making Vinh Long increasingly rich and beautiful, towards sustainable development, worthy of being a "nuclear urban area" along the Tien River.

Emphasizing the social housing project, comrade Dang Van Chinh commented: “This is an important task of Vinh Long province in the current context, to gradually realize the goal of building 5,900 social housing units in the period of 2025-2030 in the province, contributing to concretizing the Prime Minister's Project "Investing in building at least 1 million social housing units for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021-2030".

Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of T&T Group, said that the two social housing projects and a 10-storey hotel are the final items of the Phuoc Tho 1 & 2 Residential Area Project. “We are committed to focusing resources and human resources to ensure safety and quality; the goal is to complete and put the social housing project and the hotel project into use in the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027, respectively,” Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan affirmed.

Previously, at Phuoc Tho 1 & 2 Residential Area, T&T Group completed the construction of a low-rise housing area of ​​nearly 500 units along with many technical infrastructure items, green landscapes; and is constructing a commercial center and kindergarten. By continuing to deploy social housing and hotel projects, T&T Group is gradually realizing the goal of building an urban area with synchronous architecture, technical infrastructure, and social infrastructure in the direction of sustainable development, contributing to the socio-economic development of Vinh Long city in particular and Vinh Long province in general.

On this occasion, to continue accompanying Vinh Long province in socio-economic development, especially in taking care of people's lives, T&T Group donated 1 billion VND to support Hamlets, Quarters, and Areas of Vinh Long province, and gave social security gifts worth 200 million VND to policy families and people with revolutionary contributions in the locality.
