Events in Hai Duong province from April 28

- On April 28, the Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference; the 30th session of the Provincial People's Council; the decision to merge Hai Duong Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television Station was announced; the Literature and Arts Association and the Provincial Museum opened the exhibition of documentary photos "Memories of the battlefield".

- On April 29, leaders of Hai Duong province offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs; exchanged and performed at health clubs, dances, and table tennis.

- On April 30, a special art program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South took place at the Dong Xu Cultural Center Square.
