A sand mine of more than 4 million m3 on the Hau River, in Cu Lao Dung district, Soc Trang province, is exploited to serve the component 4 project of the Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang expressway.


On October 27, the People's Committee of Soc Trang province coordinated with Hoa Tuan Trading - Service Company Limited (Soc Trang) to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for sand mining MS04 on Hau River.

Started exploiting MS04 sand mine on Hau River, serving component project 4 of Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang expressway.

This sand mine is located in An Thanh Nhat commune, Cu Lao Dung district. The exploited sand will serve the Chau Doc – Can Tho – Soc Trang expressway project, phase 1, passing through Soc Trang province.

MS04 sand mine has an area of ​​over 100 hectares, with a total reserve of over 4.2 million m3. Mining time is from 7am to 5pm every day.

Mr. Vo Minh Dung, Deputy Director of Hoa Tuan Trading - Service Company Limited said: "We promise to strictly comply with all legal regulations on mineral exploitation; strictly comply with regulations and documents of the province and complete the project on time and on schedule to serve the economic - political tasks of the locality".
