Giovanni Simeone opened the scoring in the 9th minute. Two minutes later, Rodrygo equalized for the home team. Jude Bellingham gave Real Madrid the lead with a beautiful flying header.

Anguissa equalized for Napoli early in the second half. However, the visitors still had to leave with a point when Nico Paz and Joselu scored late in the second half to seal a 4-2 victory for Real Madrid.
