Determined to successfully organize the 11th Congress of Party Delegates of the Government Cipher Committee

Thoroughly grasping the directives of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on party congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party, in order to deploy and organize the preparation work well, ensuring that the 11th Congress of the Party Committee of the Government Cipher Committee takes place according to plan and is a great success, the Party Committee of the Committee has focused on leading and directing the Political-Organizational Department to build a system of documents, prepare personnel work, conduct emulation and propaganda activities, and ensure and serve aspects.

Major General Nguyen Dang Luc, Party Secretary, Deputy Head of the Government Cipher Committee, spoke at the training session and preparations for the Congress.

Accordingly, the process of preparing documents, focusing on the political report and review report of the Party Committee of the Government Cipher Committee, was organized, researched, and built closely, promoting democracy and crystallizing the intelligence of cadres, party members, and the masses in the entire Party, demonstrating a long-term development vision, in line with the requirements and political tasks of the Government Cipher Committee and the development of reality. On the basis of deeply absorbing the direction of the Head of the Ministry of National Defense and the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, the Party Committee of the Government Cipher Committee seriously revised and supplemented. Up to now, the draft documents have been completed, ensuring good quality, recognized and highly appreciated by the Central Military Commission and the Head of the Ministry of National Defense.

The Party Committee of the Government Cipher Committee has identified personnel preparation as an important step, “the key of the key”. The review and assessment of the staff and the development of personnel plans are carried out objectively, scientifically, impartially, and in accordance with procedures and regulations. The work of introducing and selecting personnel for the new Party Committee ensures political quality, moral qualities, and professional capacity, while focusing on structure, inheritance, and development.

Propaganda and education work to raise awareness and responsibility for cadres, party members and the masses has been focused on and promoted; the Government Cipher Committee has directed agencies and units to consolidate and renew the system of billboards, slogans, propaganda boards, youth works, display products, etc. and actively renovate the campus, flower beds and ornamental plants to ensure that the environmental landscape of the Government Cipher Committee is always bright, green, clean and beautiful.

The 11th Congress of the Government Cipher Committee Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term is a broad political activity, affirming the mettle and political determination of the Government Cipher Committee, the Vietnamese Cipher sector over 80 years of establishment, fighting and growing under the leadership of the Party, the State and directly the Minister of National Defense. Through the congress, we review and evaluate the leadership results of the Party Committee in the past term, determine the directions, goals and tasks for the new term; continue to consolidate, improve and enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels and the quality of cadres and Party members; build a truly clean and strong Government Cipher Committee Party Committee, a comprehensively strong Government Cipher Committee, "Exemplary and exemplary", successfully completing all assigned tasks.

The 11th Congress of the Government Cipher Committee Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term is scheduled to take place from August 12 to 14, 2025.
