Organize joint grading of at least 10 exams
According to the regulations of the High School Graduation Exam Regulations, the essay test will be graded according to the grading instructions, answers, and grading scale of the Ministry of Education and Training. The test is graded on a 10-point scale; the odd points of the total score of the entire test are rounded to 2 decimal places. Each test is graded in two independent rounds by two examiners from two different grading teams;
The head examiner organizes the dissemination of the examination regulations, discusses the answers, and provides marking instructions to all examination team leaders and examiners, and organizes the joint marking of at least 10 essay exams. After that, the examination is graded according to the two-round independent marking process in separate examination rooms.
Particularly for examination councils with 30,000 or more candidates, the head of the examination board or the head of the examination board authorized by the head of the examination board shall organize the general marking for each examination board or group of examination boards;
The delivery of exam bags to examiners is done by drawing lots using ballots.
First marking process
The chief examiner or the head of the examination group authorized by the chief examiner shall organize the drawing of lots and deliver the entire bag of exam papers to each examiner.
Before marking, the examiner checks each test to ensure there are enough sheets and blank spaces, and crosses out all the blank spaces left over from the test taker's failure to write on the test paper.
In case of discovering that the test paper does not have enough pages or cards; the test paper is written on scratch paper; the test paper is written on paper different from the paper used for the test; the test paper has the handwriting of two or more people, written in two or more different ink colors, written in red ink, pencil, or has writing or drawing content unrelated to the test content; the test paper is crumpled or suspiciously marked, the examiner is responsible for reporting and handing over these test papers to the head of the examination marking team for handling.
When marking the first time, apart from the cross-outs on the remaining blank spaces on the candidate's test paper, the examiner must not write anything on the candidate's test paper or the test bag. The component scores, the total score and comments (if any) must only be recorded on one marking sheet for each test paper; the marking sheet must clearly state the full name and signature of the examiner; after marking a bag, the examiner must hand that bag over to the head of the examination board or the head of the examination board authorized by the head of the examination board to hand over to the secretariat of the Examination Council.
Second marking process
After the first marking, the member of the Examination Council's secretariat withdraws all the marking sheets; then, hands over the exam paper bags to the head examiner or the head of the examination group authorized by the head examiner to organize the drawing for the second marking, ensuring that the marked exam paper bags are not returned to the person who marked the first time.
The second examiner will write the score directly on the candidate's test paper (the score for each sub-item must be written on the left margin of the test paper, right next to the marked item) and on the marking sheet.
After marking each bag, the examiner will hand over the bag of marked test papers and the marking sheet to the head examiner or the head of the marking group authorized by the head examiner to hand over to the secretariat of the Examination Council.
Unified test scores
The head examiner receives the exam papers and marking sheets from the Examination Council secretariat and directs the Examination Marking Teams to unify the exam scores.
Only write down the scores for each question and the total score for the entire test in the designated space on the test paper after the scores have been agreed upon.
The point unification is as follows:
