Pursuant to Decision No. 106/QD-KV10 dated April 21, 2025 of State Bank Region 10.

Ham Hiep People's Credit Fund would like to announce as follows:

1. The charter capital of Ham Hiep People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024 is VND 10,363,447,400 (In words: Ten billion three hundred sixty-three million four hundred forty-seven thousand four hundred dong).

2. Amend and supplement the business contents according to Business License No. 12/NH-GP dated December 6, 1996 issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Province Branch as follows:

a/ Capital mobilization in Vietnamese Dong.

b/ Loans in Vietnamese Dong.

c/ Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers through the CF-ebank system of the cooperative bank.

- Agent providing payment services for cooperative banks for members and customers of Ham Hiep People's Credit Fund.

- Participate in contributing capital to cooperative banks.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, commercial bank, cooperative bank.

- Deposit money at cooperative bank.
