This year's summer-autumn crop, Tan Ky district has deployed more than 4,420 hectares, of which the winter-spring rice area is nearly 3,250 hectares. Due to late deployment, only more than 350 hectares have been harvested this morning.
Through on-site inspection, Vice Chairman Nguyen Van De suggested that the district focus on harvesting all 80% of the ripe rice area before September 7.
