Cultural house of zone 13, Hoang Cuong commune has been upgraded to be spacious, clean and beautiful, serving community activities.

Zone 13, Hoang Cuong commune has 173 households with 579 people. In recent years, thanks to the good implementation of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", the movements and activities deployed in the zone have promoted effectiveness, strengthening the spirit of solidarity and attachment between the Party cell, organizations and the people. In 2024, through the movements organized by the Front Work Committee, the people in the zone voluntarily contributed over 160 million VND to build 4 traffic routes in the residential area with a length of 500m and nearly 170 million VND to repair and upgrade the cultural house.

Up to now, most of the village roads and alleys in the area have been concreted, the rural infrastructure basically meets the needs of trading and traveling of the people... Every year, the area achieves the status of a cultural residential area, 96% of families achieve the status of a cultural family, the poverty rate in the area is only 3.8%. In 2024, the area will achieve the status of a model residential area.

In 2024, through movements organized by the Front Working Committee, people in the area voluntarily contributed over 200 million VND to upgrade, repair, purchase equipment for cultural houses, contribute to various funds, the area achieved the title of cultural residential area, with over 99% of families achieving the title of cultural family. Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga - Head of the Front Working Committee of the area said: From the participation of the Front Working Committee, cultural life in the area has developed day by day, on weekends or holidays, the Front Working Committee of the area has mobilized people to participate in environmental sanitation, clean and beautiful village roads and alleys; cultural, artistic and sports movements in the area have all received active participation from the people. The Fatherland Front of Hoang Cuong commune has proactively advised the Party Committee and the government to guide residential areas to actively participate in the Movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" associated with improving the cultural life in residential areas.
