According to information from the Cultural Heritage Bureau of Tham Duong City, the stone turtle was discovered in Vuong Khuc Village. Upon receiving the information, the city's Cultural Heritage Bureau immediately sent people to the scene to inspect.

Experts identified the stone turtle found as Bi Hi (also known as Quy Phu). The turtle's body is 167cm long, 104cm wide, 60cm high, and is a stone sculpture relic.

It is the base of a stone stele belonging to a village temple. It was buried when the road was built in the 80s of the last century.

It is expected that the stone turtle will be transported to the pagoda to be combined with the stele, in order to restore its original state. The city's cultural heritage board will also investigate and research further, and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of cultural relics.
