On the evening of May 31, the Provincial Youth Union Council coordinated with the Provincial Youth Activity Center to organize the launching ceremony of the Month of Action for Children and the opening of summer activities, honoring gifted students in 2024.

The Month of Action for Children 2024 was launched to promote propaganda, education, raise awareness and sense of responsibility of all levels, sectors, socio-political organizations, parents, caregivers, and children in implementing the Law on Children; strengthen solutions to prevent and combat child abuse.

The event is an annual activity to raise awareness and responsibility of families, schools, communities and the whole society towards the national movement to protect, care for and educate children, joining hands to create a safe, beneficial and healthy living environment for children.

At the launching ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented 30 gifts to children of the Provincial Social Work Center; awarded prizes to 39 students with excellent academic achievements at the Provincial Youth Activity Center; and the Provincial Library presented 150 free library cards to students.
