The contestants are officials, civil servants, and workers in the political system at all levels and people from all walks of life inside and outside Quang Nam province. Contestants take the weekly multiple-choice test on the internet.

Each week, the contest organizers will give 20 multiple choice questions and 1 “Predict the number of participants” question. Each question has 4 possible answers, of which 1 is correct.

The exam period is conducted weekly, starting the first exam week from December 4 and ending on December 31, 2024. The exam period each week (except week 1) is calculated from 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday and ends at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday of the following week.

The weekly individual awards will be considered by the Organizing Committee in descending order of priority according to the following criteria: Most correct multiple choice answers (at least 15 correct answers); most accurate or closest prediction of the number of participants in each exam; completion of the exam in the shortest time; earliest start time. Other cases will be decided by the Organizing Committee.

The Organizing Committee will base on the number of people participating in the contest the most in each week, the number of people answering the questions correctly in each week and the number of people completing the contest correctly in the shortest time of the locality and unit to award certificates and bonuses, with a bonus of 5 million VND/group.

Each week there are individual prizes including 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes.

The weekly test results will be announced immediately after the weekly test results (no later than 12:00 noon every Tuesday) on the website of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

Every week, the Organizing Committee will announce the winners of the weekly quizzes. Winners who are unable to receive their prizes in person can receive their prizes by post or through their personal accounts and are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their bank accounts, phone numbers, and contact addresses so that the Organizing Committee can transfer the prizes to their accounts.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee will summarize, award certificates and prizes to the groups; award certificates to the first prize winners of the weekly competition.
