PGBank honored as the best place to work in Asia

DNVN - Prosperity and Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PGBank) has just been honored as "Best Place to Work in Asia" - HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025 at the HR Asia Awards 2025 (HRAA) ceremony organized by HR Asia magazine.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia award is based on an independent survey of tens of thousands of employees in many countries and territories, evaluating the following factors: corporate culture - human resources policies - employee engagement and satisfaction.

Established in 1993, PGBank currently has 91 transaction points in 19 provinces and cities.

PGBank's recognition affirms the bank's efforts in building a professional, cohesive working environment, attracting talent and promoting sustainable development. This is the result of a people-centric strategy, implementing competitive remuneration policies, clear training and promotion opportunities and encouraging innovation.
